Corporate Governance

According to Sec. 23 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) articles of association can only be amended by a resolution of the Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board of Advanced Bitcoin Technologies AG has also issued rules of procedure for the Management Board, which regulate the allocation of responsibilities and cooperation within the Management Board.
